The FWLT-C CD provides support for GPON (ITU-T G.984),XGS-PON (ITU-T

G.9807.1) and Multi-PON (GPON +XGS-PON,G.9805 Amendment1) on any of the16 ports.On any of the even ports (2, 4 ... 16) it provides support for 25GS-PON(25GS-PON MSA).

Optical modules can be plugged in on the FWLT-C CD board. For an overview of the supported pluggable optical modules, see the 7360 ISAM FX Product Information Guide.

The FWLT-C CD caters for a non-blocking throughput when fully equipped with any of the supported optical modules (including the MPM modules).

The FWLT-C CD generates downstream signals synchronized to a timing reference from one of the two NT slots. All other clocks and synchronization signals are derived from on-board oscillators.
